Confession: I went through a phase where I thought wearing a skirt at work would be cool.
But then I remembered how active I am at work: running to codes, boosting patients, bending to empty catheters, etc. Not my best idea.
Plus, people would think I was dressing up in a costume or something.
It’s just that these nurses make it look so classy!
(I have seen someone wearing one of these at work…)
And now, a change of topic.
Here’s the deal.
Renee (from This Won’t Hurt a Bit) and I are linking up NEXT TUESDAY and we want all you nurse friends and student-nurse friends to join us!
(grab the button on the right sidebar!)
Next Tuesday, March 13th, we want you all to post a memorable experience as a new nurse or nursing student and then link up to share your stories!
It can be whatever you want: humorous, embarrassing, lame, serious…
Maybe it’s about your OCD professor from nursing school.
Or about your first doctor confrontation.
Perhaps you want to share about a code experience as a new nurse?
Or maybe about a patient who changed the way you thought about nursing?
*please keep HIPAA privacy laws in mind when writing your stories.*
Questions? Contact me or Renee, we’ll get back to you asap.
We are looking forward to sharing stories with all of you!
