The Days When I'm Not a Nurse

A Quick Hello

January 23, 2016 by Anna

Hello out there!

so… I’m not even sure who is left out there, waiting for a glimmer of life on this tired, old blog. If you’re there or here or elsewhere, hello.

I literally had to try several attempts to log into my account. It’s been that long. #howembarrassing

Its been almost a year, in fact! Should I get you up to speed?

I’m working as a nurse manager, I really like my job.

Mo (the husband) is working at the local bike shop as a mechanic, nothing new there.

We downsized to a tiny house this Fall/Winter and sold our previous house. We went from 1300+ square feet to 208 square feet.  What an adventure it’s been!! And we really have never been happier.

I’m in the process of planning the 2016 family reunion for my side of the family.

Those are the highlights.

I don’t know when or if I’ll make it back to this blog on a regular basis. Allow me to extend an invitation though- if you want to follow along with my nursing life or our tiny house ventures, I’m pretty decent at keeping my Instagram and Facebook accounts updated. For instance, I post more than once a year. So there’s that.

I’ll be spending the rest of January training my nurses on the new Pyxis machine. But don’t worry, we’ll exchange the m&ms with morphine and the butterfingers will make way for the Benadryl.

In the meantime, I’ll be figuring out if putting a blog into storage is even a thing…
